Features
Six focused tools for a calm, organized, perfectly-yours menu bar.
Drag icons between the Active and Hidden bars in the layout editor to set your ideal order. Changes sync to the real menu bar automatically — no ⌘-drag gymnastics needed.
Drag any icon to the Hidden bar to tuck it away. Tap the chevron («) or hover the menu bar to peek whenever you need.
Hover the menu bar to reveal hidden icons. A configurable delay (default 1 s) prevents accidental pops — clicks always reveal instantly.
Drop in spacers (S / M / L) or bullet dots to visually group your icons into logical clusters. Drag one off the bar — or right-click it — and it vanishes with a system poof.
Every layout change is saved automatically (newest 30 kept). Manual snapshots are pinned forever, synced to iCloud Drive, and restorable in one click.
JellyBar needs only Accessibility to arrange your icons. Screen Recording is optional — used solely to capture icon previews in settings, never for anything else. No network, no analytics.
Getting started
JellyBar scans your menu bar on first launch. Drag icons between the Active and Hidden bars to build your ideal layout. It syncs to the real bar automatically.
Set hover-reveal delay, auto-hide timing, icon spacing (1–20 px), and more in the Behavior tab. Every change takes effect immediately.
Your layout survives restarts, wakes, and new app installs. JellyBar quietly restores order — and backs up every change along the way.
