1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using JellyBar ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. License

JellyBar is provided to you free of charge. You may install and use it on the Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost.

You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app as your own, and you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits. All rights in the app not granted to you are reserved by the developer.

3. Updates

JellyBar can check for and install updates automatically. Updates may add, change, or remove features, and continued use after an update means you accept it. You can decline an update or uninstall the app at any time.

4. Privacy

JellyBar collects no personal data and makes no network requests of its own. Your layout and backups stay on your Mac (and your own iCloud Drive if you enable that option). See the privacy policy for the full details.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the app. Because JellyBar is provided free of charge, the developer's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is zero.

7. Third-party software

JellyBar runs on macOS and interacts with system features provided by Apple. Your use of macOS and related services is governed by Apple's own terms, which are separate from these.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted at jellybar.app/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
